The Storm Lake Cemetery Board is operated by a board of citizens who are appointed by the local government agencies who have jointly formed to provide for the care and maintenance of the cemetery. These local government agencies include the City of Storm Lake, City of Lakeside, Washington Township, Providence Township, and Hayes Township.

Storm Lake Cemetery Board Meetings are held as follows:
REGULAR DAY: 1st Tuesday of the month for the following months: February, April, May, June, August, October, December
REGULAR TIME: 7:00 PM
REGULAR LOCATION: Storm Lake City Hall – Conference Room
